Promotional Branded Video

Legal Bricks are a National supplier of Conveyancing Searches, AML I.D Checks & Company Reports who offer a Free Quotation & Referral system to Solicitors & Estate Agents.

Legal Bricks approached us to produce two branded service explainer videos that they could use to promote their cloud Conveyancing product at industry events and as part of their marketing collateral on their website and social media.

We worked closely with Micheal Connelly, Director at Legal Bricks to distil their complex messaging into a refined, engaging and marketing-led script that would work within the context of a video.

On Location shoot

Once the script was created, we put together a basic storyboard-style shot list of various real-life scenes and scenarios that could be used alongside motion text and graphics to illustrate the points within the final video.

Making use of one of Legal Bricks’ estate agent clients we shot on-location video to place the product within the context of the real world and bring a human touch to the content.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with F8 Creates to produce 2 videos this year.

I found the team to be very knowledgeable and extremely on point where needed.

We have recently engaged with them to discuss a new project following up on our initial production and we look forward to even more successful results!

All these assets were then put together, merging and blending the real-world video footage with motion graphics to illustrate how their system improves the process of conveyancing for their clients, and their respective customers.

We then worked with Sam Hall who provided a voice over.

the end result

The end result is a fast-paced and engaging pair of videos that demonstrate how the product works for both estate agent and solicitor target markets.

The real-world video places the product in the context of how it is used by real people, and the words, graphics and animation help keep the content engaging and draw the viewer in within the all-important first 5 seconds. The voice-over completes the final videos making the information easier to engage with and understand.

This is the video that was put together to target prospective Estate Agent clients.
