TDM manage workplace learning journeys, helping apprentices and employers. We have helped develop their existing brand into a full visual identity, through photography, video, print design, and web design, to create their website and promotional collateral.

Datasheet Print Design

TDM offer a number of apprenticeship standards and learning programmes.

Each standard required a printed datasheet to hand out to potential apprentices at events and networking opportunities.

Our print design team created these, giving them each a different colour from the brand to make them stand out.

Business Cards Print Design

We designed the TDM business cards to be bright and colourful, taking advantage of their fun but professional visual identity.

This makes them visually appealing and in line with their website, event banners, and other printed promotional material.

Exhibition Stand Graphics

TDM exhibit throughout the year at multiple events, so we produced and printed banners for their stand that showcase their bright, punchy branding, and make them stand out from the everyone else in the room.


There are multiple standout events throughout the TDM calendar year, including apprentice graduation.

Our team of videographers work closely with the TDM team to plan out video shoots throughout the year, producing video that is edited into small chunks for social media, as well as longer videos that can be used as dynamic content for their website.

I had never produced any form of video before and I have say it was a much easier and enjoyable process than I expected. Hamish throughout the process has been incredibly helpful and joy to work with.

Whilst on site completing the actual videos Hamish came up with some brilliant ideas about how things can be improved and I got feedback from our apprentices and employers to say how easy he was to work with. I am delighted with the quality and volume of content we got from just a couple of days.

The TDM visual identity and brand is approachable and real, so stock photography wasn’t appropriate for their marketing collateral.

Our team of photographers visited their premises in Worcester for a day, and captured a library of images involving real apprentices and employers.

Goal Oriented Website Design

The TDM website needs to cater for apprentices looking for an apprenticeship to apply for, and employers looking to take on an apprentice.

Our web design team designed the website to have 2 user main user journeys ensuring site visitors could find their way through the site quickly and easily.

Working with F8 has been great. They have supported me incredibly well throughout the process and responded to request promptly and effectively no matter how trivial they may be. Alex has been particularly useful spending a great deal of time with me on a one to one basis to get the website completed on time.
