At BeerBods, they have one simple aim; to get more people drinking better beer.
We recently worked with BeerBods to produce a video for their latest crowdfunding campaign via Crowdcube. They were looking for £250,000 investment to help grow the company and provide even more, better beer to the UK.
Crowd funding is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising money from a large number of people. There are now many platforms to support crowdfunding campaigns including Kickstarter and Crowdcube. Statistically, Crowd funding campaigns that have an engaging video are 4 times more likely to succeed – knowing this, BeerBods approached us looking to produce a video specifically for their campaign.
BeerBods have seen consistent growth since 2014, with subscriber numbers are up almost fourfold, revenue five-fold, and the team six-fold. They were seeking investment to further boost this growth with the aim of becoming the leading independent online retailer of beer in the UK.
With every video we produce, we take the time and have the expertise to specifically tailor the tone of the video to the exact needs of the client, as well as ensuring video is perfectly on-brand. In this case, we needed a fun, vibrant goal orientated video that would tell the story of BeerBods as well as encourage investment in an easy to digest format.
Working alongside BeerBods in-house graphic designer Gem, the video was further enhanced with captions, subtitles, graphic, and illustrations.
We were delighted to hear that BeerBods achieved and exceeded their goal of £250,000!
